So "Copper" is a Customer Management tool that links w your email and integrates w Gmail seamlessly. It's VERY powerful for keeping track of all your connections in different levels, tags and even as sales opportunities...
Copper is a CRM that integrates w gmail and has powerful template to mass email all your critical contacts in a format that looks like each email was individually written.
Then on the other side of managing customer interactions there is a great tool called "ReAmaze" that filters all your social media sources (but not discord unfortunately) into one system that allows you to create either template responses or automation that can detect key words and send automated responses.
